We have partnered with the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) to facilitate a PrideTT group vaccination on Sunday, 25th July.

All interested persons should complete the linked registration form and submit it to us alongside the following:

8. Street Address

10. ID Type
11. ID Number
12. Email Address

The requested information can be sent to us via an email to info@pridett.com, by using this form, or by using the contact form present on our contact page.

All information collected for PrideTT's Vacci-nade will be held in the strictest confidence and shared only with the AMCHAM and Ministry of Health - to be used only for the organising of the vaccine appointment.

Further information will then be provided to those registered.

Registrants are also advised that each person should print and complete section 1 of the Ministry of Health pre-registration form (linked), and walk with it to the appointment. This will be important in speeding up the process.
